We recently experienced some vandalism to our holiday lights. Extension cords and lights bulbs are being taken off the tree's. Please keep an eye out for all suspicious activities and report all findings to the police. We will have these lights replaced before the weekend. Several homeowners on Tall Spruce Street will be having a garage sale this weekend.

They will start the garage sale on Friday the 26th  and end on- Sunday the 28th.

Please feel free to join in and have one of your own or visit to find new treasures.

Beach Club closed today 6/9/2011 due to weather!

Please note that the sand area and volleyball court will be closed this Thursday and Friday June 10th and 11th 2011 for landscape and maintenance repairs.

For just one more year, United Power members can recive rebates when they purchase energy efficent LED holiday lighting. Rebate amounts hav changed for 2010:

$1 rebate for each strand of 49 bulbs or less

$2 rebate for each strand of 50 bulbs or more

LED lighting must have been purchased between September 1 and December 31, 2010

Rebate applications must be submitted by January 14, 2011

The sprinklers will be turned in the Cottages at WaterTower Park on October 19th 2010.

All homeowners have been notified to turn the water off from the inside before this date.

There will be a $50 charge to all homeowners who do not have there water turned off and if the technician has to return.

Please note that the City Of Brighton only allows homeowners to plant sod during the below dates:

April 15th to May 21st and from Sept. 1st to October 21st of each year.

Please fill out your application prior to these dates so you can ensure proper installation times.

Please remember that no motor vehicles or dumping is allowed on the open space throughout the community.  The Brighton Police Department is now ticketing violators.

Also please remember that fence stain is not allowed only a clear sealant may be applied to fences.
